- UN Data Assessment: UDC conducts a data assessment if needed. UN data irregularities are identified and investigated, and a plan for readying your data is created.
- Pilot: A small data sample is migrated to check for UN model suitability. We develop prototypes of the functionality required to support your workflows.
- Implementation Coordination: We balance your goals and requirements with your current state data. Critical aspects that support business operations are defined, and the subset is configured.
- Test Migrations: The asset package is built and refined, and all issues are tracked. The go-live process is refined.
- Migration Checkpoint: Last point of refinement before the production release.
- QA/UAT: Data is promoted to QA in two iterations for formal DAT.
- Production Release: Data is promoted to a production environment. We conduct a knowledge transfer session(s) and provide post go-live support.
