Bill Kehoe is the director of Washington Technology Solutions and CIO for the State of Washington. He also served as the CIO for Los Angeles County in California from 2017 to 2021, managing enterprise security, information management, enterprise architecture, and strategic technology consulting services for 37 county departments.

Andrew Lee is the general manager and CEO of SPU. Keith Macedo serves as the City of Fayetteville’s director of information technology, overseeing the city’s technology and GIS divisions. Prior to this role, Keith was the director of internal services for the City of Keller, Texas, overseeing all internal services departments.

Conor Muldoon serves as the deputy chief innovation and data officer for the City of Syracuse, New York. Working with the Office of Analytics, Performance, and Innovation (API), Conor oversees a team of data analysts, project managers, and program designers to develop new, creative solutions to the city’s civic challenges.

Ayyaz Mahmood Paracha serves as a system engineer and GIS solution architect for Esri Professional Services. He specializes in system design, performance assessment, migration planning, tools development, and deployment automation for clients in various industries such as utilities, natural resources, and government.

Darryl Polk is the CTO for Riverside County, one of the largest consolidated local government IT organizations in the state.
