Jason Karian is a Solution Engineer working on the Smart Cities team at Esri, making users successful in their implementation of ArcGIS Urban. With his B.A. in Geography from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and his M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, he focused on implementing 3D GIS into the urban planning environment to better understand future development scenarios so that planners, stakeholders and community members could get a better idea of whats being constructed.
