Richard Budden

As General Manager, Richard Budden leads Esri's business in Europe, supporting customers, distributors and partners across the region. Richard provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on topics including smart cities, transportation, infrastructure, and sustainability, and helps organizations to understand the value that location technology can bring to their business. Richard is located in The Netherlands but prior to this he was based in Dubai, UAE where he led Esri’s government and smart cities business across the Middle East and Africa.
