GeoPlanner for ArcGIS is a web app for land-based planning that incorporates each aspect of a complete planning workflow including project creation, data identification, comparative analysis, and reporting. Esri CityEngine lets people create realistic 3D models from their 2D data and then conduct spatial analysis that generates rich insights into the impact of development.
