N-SPECT is a cloud-based ArcGIS Enterprise application software that supports infrastructure inspection and construction documentation applications based on time-sequential drone and piloted aircraft imaging. It leverages the Repeat Station Imaging (RSI©) approach registering and detecting changes images from image frames captured from the same position in the sky and same sensor view perspective. The software includes a routine for matching and registering time sequential image pairs, a deep learning for detecting anomalies in registered image sequences, and a graphical user interface that enables an analyst to view images and detected anomalies, make decisions and trigger infrastructure management actions.
