Esri is pleased to offer lactation rooms for attendees and Esri staff during the event. These rooms are equipped with electrical outlets and seating and can be secured by key lock. Visit the Information Desk in the lobby of the San Diego Convention Center for the location of and access to a lactation room or to arrange accommodations if you have any special requirements, such as a need to store expressed milk.

Sustainability

We are dedicated to promoting a sustainable planet, investing in solutions that help protect the Earth and advocate for its care. We’ve taken the following actions to support our sustainability goals:

We work to reduce the carbon footprint of our events. We use fully recyclable materials, made from postconsumer waste fibers, for our signage instead of the traditional foam core boards.
We are moving toward zero plastics for food and beverage receptacles.
We host our event at the San Diego Convention Center—a LEED Gold-certified facility.

Frequently asked questions

For the safety and security of all involved, all event sessions, tracks, and exhibits are for registered attendees only unless otherwise noted. All registered attendees must be at least 18 years of age. However, Esri offers several opportunities for attendees to include their families, partners, and children in parts of the event.

Infants under two years of age may accompany registered attendees into the event sessions, workshops, Expo, and other activities if the infant is in a carrier and supervised at all times. If the infant begins to fuss or creates a distraction for other attendees in the session, we ask that the parent step out to attend to the infant. Exceptions may apply, so we request that attendees reach out via email and discuss individual needs with the Esri accessibility team.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.

The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Immediate removal from a session or meeting
Restricted access to future Esri events
Denial of attendance to future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any or all these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces during the conference.
