Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same.

In-person attendance recommendations

We encourage everyone to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others. Esri will follow CDC guidelines for all in-person events.

Mask policy

We will follow local mandates regarding masking. If masks are required, they will be available at the registration desk.

Cleanliness guidelines

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event areas. Wash your hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer before and after touching shared items.

Illness

Attendees should not come to event activities if they feel sick or exhibit symptoms of illness. Please refer to the CDC guidelines for additional information.
