Nico Bonnafoux is the product manager for ArcGIS Reality. In this role, he works with public- and private-sector organizations to understand their imagery needs and applies that insight to guide the development of Esri’s reality mapping capabilities from aerial, satellite, and drone-captured imagery. Prior to joining Esri, Nico worked in the drone industry for more than 10 years, developing hardware and software and helping drone program managers implement their processes. When Nico isn’t mapping, he’s either playing golf or flying airplanes with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Brian Connolly has been with Esri since 2019 and is a senior solution engineer on Esri's Imagery and Remote Sensing Global Business Development team. Brian supports organizations that are deploying the reality mapping capabilities of ArcGIS using drone-captured imagery, lidar data, photogrammetry, and oriented imagery workflows. Recently, Brian has been exploring ways to bring reality mapping data into digital twins, perform 3D feature extraction and analysis, and leverage the entire ArcGIS system to manage, analyze, and share reality mapping products. For fun, Brian enjoys photography, travel, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two dogs.

Coty Welch has worked at Esri since 2017 and is currently a senior solution engineer on Esri’s Imagery and Remote Sensing team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Coty’s work encompasses the holistic ArcGIS imagery ecosystem, which includes ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and associated analysis workflows, including change detection and deep learning workflows. He holds a Master of Science in geospatial information science and technology from North Carolina State University.

Thomas Humber is a principal technical lead with Esri Training Services, where he focuses on imagery and remote sensing technologies. Thom teaches classes and helps guide Esri’s imagery training curriculum. With more than 30 years of practical experience using, interpreting, and analyzing remote sensing imagery of various types and modalities, Thom has taught remote sensing and geography at the university level. A self-professed geography and history nerd, Thom is an avid explorer of historic battlefield sites across the United States and Europe.

Will Elsholz is a principal technical lead with Esri Training Services who specializes in imagery and remote sensing technologies. In this role, he helps guide Esri's imagery training curriculum. Will brings over 10 years of practical experience using, interpreting, and analyzing remote sensing imagery of various types and modalities.
