A key difference between these three user types is the license level of the included ArcGIS Pro software. The Creator user type includes an ArcGIS Pro Basic license, providing core functionality. The Professional user type includes an ArcGIS Pro Standard license, while the Professional Plus user type includes an ArcGIS Pro Advanced license and ArcGIS Pro extension products.
