Urban Economics Inc core business is commercial real estate appraisal, litigation support and real estate tax appeal services. During the past 9 years, GIS integration in these core segments has lead to a superior product for our clients. The growth within the GIS segment enables us to offer a wide variety of GIS and data solutions for both government and private industry. We provide GIS solutions for appraisal support, custom sales and locational analysis, property tax value analysis and spatially enabled value trend analysis for the commerical real estate industry. We provide integration of ESRI GIS software solutions to legal firms for uses ranging from trial exhibits to creating target marketing workflow applications for eminent domain litigation support and land use litigation. Base GIS services also include data conversion, data creation, multi-platform database support, data deliverable review and analysis reporting, workflow design and implimentation, software installation, and programming services.
