inCitu brings future physical developments to life via augmented reality (AR), to foster collaboration between residents, industry professionals, and policymakers around the process of urban change. We turn real-estate and development data into elegant, tangible, real-scale AR experiences, accessible through simply a smartphone, on-site or remote. We enable the AR through multiple SDKs and APIs, from native apps, through a browser link, and to integrations to existing platforms and social media. Our core technology builds a central database of the world's future built environment, ready-to-AR, allowing us to populate three business verticals: private sector city builders; city agencies; and other technology companies and products. All of our projects to date proved that AR creates more YIMBYs: experiencing future developments as if they are built makes people more comfortable with change, and with density in particular.
