ICA is an Uruguayan company created to provide high level development and specialized geoinformation technology solutions, to private and public organizations, from its beginning ICA aimed to integrate heterogeneous information and to develop ultimate technology systems. Overview:

We offer the offshoring of GIS projects taking advantage of the experience acquired in the last ten years, developing projects to different countries/companies. During these years, we have developed a methodology to deliver the above mention projects. Working with virtual teams has allowed us to develop GIS solutions in different parts of the world with corrective, adaptive and evolutive maintenance. Our proven working methodology enables to ensure the promptly completion of the projects, with the execution of the best practices in this technology, thus providing a high grade of customer satisfaction. We establish a framework agreement with our customers that include the different ICA’s HHRR profiles involved with their hourly prices. All projects begin with determined documents of functional scope and pre-established technical requirements specifications. We analyze these documents and make a proposal in which the cost of the development is determined by the hours and HHRR needed. The proposal includes deadlines, schedule, deliveries, documentation, training, manuals, price and method of payment.
