We have provided Esri-based GIS solutions, data analytics, and planning services to our clients since 2012. In 2016, we were the first company in the Pacific Northwest to earn an ArcGIS Online Specialty Partner distinction. FLO’s team of geospatial experts are experienced in the design, implementation, and use of GIS technology in several markets and applications. We creatively solve complex issues with innovative solutions adapted to the needs of large and small communities. FLO serves our national client base from our offices in Portland, Seattle, the Southeast and New England. Our clients belong to a wide range of market sectors and include government entities (local, state, and federal), utilities, school districts, municipal associations, and nonprofits.
