Our planning team specializes in comprehensive planning, strategic planning, Scenario Planning, Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis, implementation strategies and innovative public engagement programs. With headquarters in Oregon, 3J has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, but our team has had the opportunity to partner with clients throughout the nation.
