The 19th European and Scandinavian Conference for Esri users in Europe will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, November 8–10, 2004. The event will be held at the Radisson SAS Falconer Hotel and Conference Center. Main topics for the plenary sessions, technical workshops, exhibition, and many different user presentations will include gas, electricity, and water/wastewater utilities; traffic, transportation, and logistics; defense, technology, planning, and e-government; and GIS in education.

In conjunction with the 19th European and Scandinavian Conference, the second Esri European Education User Conference (EurEdUC '04), a gathering of European educators, will be held November 7–9 at the Institute of Geography of the University of Copenhagen. The educational conference will bring together people of both higher education and primary and secondary schools.
