ITT's NITF for ArcGIS is an extension to ArcGIS Desktop that allows users to directly view and write National Imagery Transmission Format (NITF) data in ArcGIS Desktop. The U.S. Joint Interoperability Test Command certified the extension to complexity level 7, the highest level of compliance.
