Product Development

Software Development Programmer, Mobile—We are seeking innovative individuals to build new and exciting software products for mobile applications and handheld devices, such as Pocket PCs, Tablet PCs, and smartphones. This is an opportunity to design and develop the next generation of Esri's ArcGIS mobile products.

GIS Server Analyst—Be a key member of our software development team and support our customers' growing needs for configuring and administering enterprise-based ArcGIS Server implementations. Use your experience as a GIS server analyst or Web administrator to provide system performance modeling and testing and enterprise configurations.

Internationalization Product Engineer—A highly qualified software product engineer is needed to manage the internationalization/localization process for client and server applications and an associated set of internal tools. This individual will define and implement a localization toolkit strategy for all Esri software components and coordinate all software internationalization efforts across multiple teams.

Technical Support and Educational Services

Support Services Analysts—Interact directly with Esri customers on a daily basis in this consultative support role to provide timely, expert assistance to our customers by phone and e-mail. Provide high-quality support for desktop GIS, server systems, database applications, or custom application development to help our customers implement Esri software solutions and make their GIS programs successful.

Educational Services Business Manager—An experienced professional is needed for this challenging position responsible for management of business operations, strategic planning, and financial analysis to ensure that training and support programs are efficient and customer service oriented.

Project Management

Release Manager, Professional Services—Be responsible for the overall management of the software release process for a variety of custom projects, including providing early release definition and scope negotiation; preparing test procedures and executing testing strategies; and establishing release schedules, tracking, and control procedures.

Consultant/Project Manager, Defense—Utilize your years of experience in defense or intelligence mission applications in this challenging position in our Defense Services Group. This individual will manage project cost/schedule/scope and provide technical input to requirements definition, development, testing, and other software life cycle steps.

Sales and Marketing

Account Manager, Petroleum—A professional with petroleum experience and a passion for GIS is needed to focus on consultative selling of Esri solutions to the oil and gas industry. Account managers advance relationships with existing high-value clients, as well as cultivate new account opportunities.

Petroleum Industry Manager—We are seeking a creative, energetic individual to work with Esri's well-established petroleum clients worldwide. This role will focus on helping to broaden the applicability of Esri's software solutions within the wider petroleum sector by developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive business development and marketing plan.

Technical Marketing Representative, Homeland Security—Use your GIS expertise and background in defense, intelligence, or public safety in this key role developing product demos and interacting with customers. As part of the sales team, work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and help formulate appropriate GIS solutions.

Federal Marketing Specialist—Put your knowledge of the federal market to use in this critical position on Esri's industry solutions team. Provide coordination and some independent management of marketing efforts related to products and services within the federal market.
