Pricing for ArcGIS Enterprise User Types

There are three options for licensing ArcGIS Enterprise: Standard, Advanced, and Kubernetes. The initial purchase is made through the Esri Sales Team. Each option of ArcGIS Enterprise (Standard, Advanced, or Kubernetes) includes a specific number of Creator and Viewer user types, allowing you to choose the one that best suits the size of your organization. If you are eligible for an Enterprise Agreement, our Sales Team will assist you in selecting the most suitable option for your organization.

ArcGIS Enterprise is a self-hosted software. If you require a software as a service version of ArcGIS, you can purchase ArcGIS Online.

A user type is an annual license and the primary method of accessing ArcGIS Enterprise apps and capabilities. The Professional user type includes a Standard license, while the Professional Plus user type includes an Advanced license and ArcGIS Pro extension products.
