Yes, there are several ways to access closed captions. During the live event, the Esri UC Plenary Session broadcasts will feature real-time closed captioning. You’ll have the option to join a stream with English or Spanish captions. In-person attendees can access these captions from a mobile device via a link or QR Code that will be available on-site.
Recordings of other live stream sessions will be made available with English closed captions approximately 30 minutes after a session has ended. To enable live captions for these streams from your device, we recommend using your operating system or internet browser capabilities. Live captions options are typically found in the Accessibility section. For example, Chrome is the recommended browser, and its Live Caption capability can be found under Settings>Accessibility>Live Caption.
Sessions that are recorded but not live streamed will be made available in August with English closed captions.
