Build your organization’s ideal sponsorship or exhibitor package using Esri’s à la carte menu. Your sponsorship recognition level will be determined by the total value of the items you add to your package.
Our portal makes it easy for you to submit your application and any deliverable items. Before you can access the event portal, you'll need to create an Esri Events account.
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are open only to members of the Esri Partner Network.
To become an exhibitor, start with one of our required booth space bundles, then customize your ideal package.
Our à la carte menu allows you to build a presence with the items that best fit your needs. Prices will vary depending on your booth location.
Sponsors may choose from this à la carte menu as well to meet minimums. Your package and recognition level cannot be modified after April 4, 2025.

Make sure you know your organization's customer number, as it is needed to apply.
To find your customer number, contact your organization's administrator or account manager, or email us at exhibits@esri.com.
You will need a new Esri Events account to become an exhibitor. If you do not have one, you can create an account during the application process.
Once you've established your account, access the portal to submit your application by clicking the Apply Now button.

Customize your participation with the à la carte menu.
All orders are required to pay a 50 percent deposit for the total contracted fee within 30 days of your application confirmation. You can pay this deposit by credit card in the portal or via invoice with our customer service team.
Remaining balances can be invoiced in spring or paid via credit card in the portal.
All applications are vetted and approved based on the order we receive them.
You’ll get a confirmation email within 48 to 72 hours.
Once your application is confirmed, you will receive access to the exhibitor portal where you can send staff encoded email invitations to register.
The user list is proprietary information, so it is not provided to sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees.
The new 2025 floor plan was open for presale to all 2024 Expo participants. Being a sponsor or exhibitor gives you early access to the next year’s floor plan.
