To register staff, you will need the private sponsor or exhibitor registration link contained in your confirmation email from the Esri exhibits team.

Does Esri provide a list of event attendees to sponsors and exhibitors?

No, the user list is proprietary information, so it is not provided to sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees.

Key dates

Applications to become a sponsor or exhibitor will be accepted until April 30, 2025. No additional order changes can be made after April 30.

All deliverable items are due to Esri and its vendors by May 9.

Our event portal makes it easy for you to submit your application and any deliverable items. Before you can access the event portal, you will need to create or update your My Esri account. Make sure your account is updated with current contact details. Connecting your account to your organization is recommended but not required for this event.

Steps to apply

1. Start your application

Once you have established your My Esri account, access the event portal to submit your application by clicking the apply now button.

2. Choose your participation bundle

Select the exhibitor or sponsor bundle that best suits your needs.

3. Provide organization details

Include details to help event attendees understand your organization.

4. Provide invoice information and submit your application

Esri will send you an invoice for your order after your application has been reviewed and approved.

5. Await confirmation email

Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
