How registration works

Registration is limited for this invitation-only event, and only officially confirmed participants may attend.

To attend the summit, you must first register for Esri UC. Request attendance through the Esri UC registration form, and our event committee will review your request. If approved, you will receive email confirmations for both events.

If you wish to add the summit to an existing Esri UC registration, you will also use the Esri UC registration form. Select the Defense & Intelligence Summit @ Esri UC from the list of events, and your request will be reviewed.

Registration includes access to all scheduled summit events and sessions.

  • Attend the Plenary Session

    Jack Dangermond and key defense and intelligence leaders will share stories of how GIS is being used to reveal patterns, solve problems, and enrich collaboration across enterprises.

  • Watch technical demonstrations

    Learn about the latest advances in GIS, imagery, GeoAI, and graphic analytics highlighted throughout our program and during the breaks. These tools and capabilities can enhance defense and intelligence workflows for superior situational awareness and decision-making support.

  • Enjoy networking opportunities

    Network with key leaders and colleagues to learn about their innovative use of GIS in workflows just like yours. Join us Sunday evening for the National Security Social and Tuesday evening for the National Government Social, both in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

  • Visit the Expo and the Esri Showcase

    Speak with Esri research and development experts at the Expo to learn about new technologies, and share your ideas about capabilities you would like to see. Stop by the Defense and Intelligence Booth at the Esri Showcase to visit with Esri staff and learn about the latest technologies that apply to your organization.

What you need to register

  • Esri Events account

    This account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events app. 

    If you do not have an Esri Events account, you can create an account when you register.

  • Customer number

    If you are having difficulty locating your customer number, please email confregis@esri.com for assistance prior to registering.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received after June 16, 2025, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after June 30, 2025, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
