Responsibilities


  • Manage proposal activities from initial review of the RFP to submittal of the final proposal, using proposal plans, templates, compliance matrices, and schedules
  • Ensure proposals are developed and delivered according to RFP specifications
  • Coordinate the contributions of the proposal team (technical staff, subject matter experts, project managers, and more) to develop high quality, compliant, responsive, and competitive proposals
  • Communicate with existing and potential clients as well as partners to establish proposal response requirements
  • Participate in proposal strategy sessions to gain insight into business opportunities and understand key messages, differentiators, and themes
  • Work closely with pricing analysts to develop pricing and cost sections for various proposals
  • Work closely with contract administrators to develop contractual exceptions and comments for proposals

Requirements


  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and writing skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work successfully under time deadlines and similar stressful environments
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, GIS, marketing, communications, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Exposure to GIS technology as it relates to IT, application development, or software integration
  • Understanding of and professional exposure to proposal development processes

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$68,640-$114,400 USD
