Overview


Are you an accounting professional ready to take your career to the next level? Use your experience and strong organizational skills in our fast-paced Accounting Department in our Tax team.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with external advisors to prepare income tax and other tax filings for domestic and international operations
  • Perform account reconciliations and analysis
  • Perform tax research and analyses for domestic and international locations and business contracts
  • Provide support for income tax provisions
  • Research, investigate, and respond to tax notices and inquiries
  • Provide domestic and international financial statement and tax audit support
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements


  • 5+ years of tax experience including working knowledge of tax law and codes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of general accounting practices

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, or in a related field with an Accounting Certificate or qualification, which meets the California CPA eligibility requirements

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience working in accounting for multiple entities
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP software
  • Two or more years of experience with domestic and international direct tax

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$70,408-$108,784 USD
