Overview


Join Esri's Digital Experience team and contribute to technical efforts focused on supporting the growth of our digital commerce platform. Leverage your global eCommerce experience to support Esri’s distributors integrate to our web platform. Help us improve our customers’ experience by partnering with stakeholders, designers, and developers to maintain and update Esri’s global Digital Commerce web content, coordinate with Esri’s eCommerce implementation team to resolve technical issues, gather requirements, and prepare documentation within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities


  • Focus on customer success. Support Distributor onboarding to Esri’s Digital Commerce platform and assist Distributors with continuous store-focused campaigns and promotions aimed at boosting online sales.
  • Think analytically. Gather and assess business and user needs from stakeholders. Translate them into technical requirements, process flows, key performance indicators, and success criteria.
  • Innovate and Adapt. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. Navigate change while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and communication plans. Analyze information and identify risks and work with leadership to recommend potential solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Form strong working relationships across the organization to complete high-quality work on schedule. Serve as a primary contact person by proactively communicating and collaborating with team members, stakeholders, distributors, and colleagues. Facilitate meetings, present updates, as well as lead requirements gathering, technical issue resolution, and other relevant communications.
  • Drive results. Define timelines, manage project elements, and implement processes. Participate in user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
  • Learn and grow. Stay up to date on emerging eCommerce practices and strategies. Identify areas of opportunity and refine customer experience through continuous improvement of our digital commerce platform.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of direct work experience in eCommerce and/or business analysis within online marketing optimization
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, communications, or other related field
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple efforts simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence to liaise between stakeholders and developers

  • Experience working with Global payment processing
  • Multi-lingual, Spanish preferred

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$81,120-$135,200 USD
