Today, we are releasing the new Trusted AI section of the ArcGIS Trust Center! Within this new area our customers can better understand our Artificial Intelligence(AI) principles and the measures we take to provide trustworthy AI features, including GeoAI and new generative AI-backed assistants. We are incrementally releasing transparency cards for our AI assistants (currently in beta) and welcome your feedback on them to ensure your team has the right level of information to feel comfortable enabling AI assistants – We are strong believers in providing AI backed features in an Opt-in basis, instead of forced deployment.

Later this year…
Our ISO 27001 efforts are moving forwards for our Online offering and are on track for certification before the end of the year. This certification expands security assurance beyond our US-based FedRAMP authorized services for stronger assurance of our global online capabilities.
Lastly, we expect to refresh the ArcGIS Enterprise Security Hardening Guide at least annually along with updates to the ArcGIS Security & Privacy Adviser tool.
