Martino co-founded TDEV, a nonprofit organization that empowers African youth through digital skills and career development. Through TDEV and other initiatives by Google, GitHub, Microsoft, CodePath, and Global Citizen, he has mentored and supported developers worldwide, leaving a lasting impact on the tech community and inspiring the next generation of professionals.
