Video: AI-Powered GIS Enhances Emergency Response in Miami-Dade County

Miami-Dade County’s No Wrong Door initiative simplifies access to government services by using interactive maps to guide residents to the help they need. To reduce staff workload, a user-friendly AI chatbot uses location data to quickly answer resident questions—such as where the nearest cooling center is located— in their preferred language, making it easier for everyone to get the help they need.
