Redlands, California—Today Esri honored its outstanding partners with awards recognizing their best practice contributions to the advancement of GIS in addressing real-world problems at the Esri Partner Conference (EPC).
The conference offers attendees a stimulating environment to develop the strategies, skills, and contacts necessary to extend the value of their businesses and deliver successful applications for both commercial and government use.
"These partners best demonstrate the power of GIS and what can be accomplished with it,” says Jack Dangermond, Esri president.
Awards were presented in the following categories:
- Public Web Application—Blue Raster
Global Forest Watch Fires Online Platform is the result of a partnership between Blue Raster, World Resources Institute, Esri, DigitalGlobe, and others. It was built using Esri’s ArcGIS for Server 10.2.2 with Image Extension and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. The platform contains comprehensive information on the location of fires, land use, land cover, and conservation areas in Indonesia. - Private (Internal) Web Application—GISi
ProjectMapper is a solution developed by GISi for the Philadelphia Corps of Engineers, using ArcGIS for Server 10.3, Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. ProjectMapper is a simple one-stop portal for access to the Corps of Engineers’ database. It allows users to share standardized project maps. - ArcGIS for Desktop Based Application—Innovyze
