Real-Time Data Serving

ArcGIS Tracking Analyst integrates with Tracking Server to allow you to visualize events in your data as they are happening. Tracking Server provides a real-time server application that acts as a central point for real-time data reception. This application then receives formats and broadcasts the data to ArcGIS, Tracking Analyst for ArcView 3.x, and any other registered clients.

• Tracking Server provides a COM-based architecture for data reception plug-ins.
• ArcCatalog lists available real-time Tracking Server feature services.
• Each real-time feature class has its own data duration that affects how much data is stored and displayed in ArcMap.
