This quotation information is proprietary and may not be copied or released other than for the express purpose of system selection and purchase. This information may not be given to outside parties or used for any other purpose without written consent from ESRI.

Order Process

The order process is initiated when ESRI receives an original purchase order or some form of advance payment. Several additional documents (e.g., tax exemption certification and credit application if not using credit card) are required to complete the order.

IMPORTANT! Collectively, these documents contain the authorizations and information necessary to ship proper versions of the software on the correct media. Please return them promptly to avoid unnecessary delays in shipping. Please return all documents by mail or express courier or as otherwise directed.

Software: Allow 30 days from ESRI's receipt of purchase order, signed software license agreement(s), and other documents, as required.

Standard delivery method is ground or two-day air for software and surface carrier for hardware. Actual delivery method may vary depending on weight. Other service is available for an additional fee (e.g., overnight delivery).

Taxes

Prices quoted do not include applicable sales or use taxes unless so stated. In preparing your budget, please allow for applicable sales tax. Ricoh 500SE Digital Camera and GPS-Photo Link Software Bundle
Geolocate your photos with the Ricoh 500SE digital camera with onboard Bluetooth® and/or WiFi capabilities to accept NMEA GPS information as well as wirelessly send your images to any enabled device. Whether you use your own Bluetooth enabled GPS or the optional SE-1 attached GPS device, you can map your photos by running GPS-Photo Link. GeoSpatial Experts has developed a version of GPS-Photo Link software to capitalize on the Ricoh Camera's features. The new software watermarks and maps photos and creates html websites and shape files that can be used by ESRI's ArcGIS®. A special ArcGIS plug-in allows users to process photos from within ArcGIS applications - no need to open up a separate program.

Ricoh Caplio 500SE digital camera

• Rugged, drop resistant, and waterproof (waterproof up to one meter for 30 minutes) design.

• Camera utilizes a user-configurable data dictionary for tagging pictures with workflow-related information. This 'meta-data' is accessible via the GIS attributes table for real-time searches or database integration.
• These memos can be used to name the photos so they are easy to find later.
• Pictures taken in the same location are assigned sequential names (i.e., "-1" or "-2").
• Photos can be batch processed, automatically started from another application such as an FTP server to process the photos when they are received.
• Link AVI movies taken with the Ricoh camera.

GPS-Photo Link software brings all the information together into ArcView® or html.

• ESRI shape files showing the location of each photo are automatically created.
• ESRI ArcView extension for hot linking shape files to images. Just click on the feature point and the geo-referenced photo will be displayed! Hover over a point, and a thumbnail of the photo pops up!
• ArcGIS plug-in runs GPS-Photo Link from the ArcGIS application with the press of one button!
• GPS-Photo Link also creates html pages with an overview map with thumbnails of each picture. When you click on a thumbnail, up pops the picture with maps and details about the photo. Click on a point, and the photo will be displayed.
• The html output also includes detailed maps for each photo showing where the photo was taken using Tiger Street, Aerial Photo, or Topo Maps.
• Watermarked photos showing Lat/Lon, Direction, Name, Title, Comments, Elevation and many other options are created.

SE-1 attached GPS device allows for attached gathering of GPS locations and automatically attaches that location information within the image.

How to Order
