Program Overview

Similar to ESRI’s popular Small Municipal and County Government ELA, NAVTEQ’s Small Municipal and County Street Data ELA follows a straightforward, tiered pricing schedule based on population and is available to municipalities and counties in the United States with populations of 100,000 or less. One tier is for towns and counties with populations less than 25,000; another covers cities and counties with 25,000 to 50,000 residents; and the third level is for cities and counties with populations between 50,000 and 100,000. This customized NAVTEQ offer is available only through ESRI to any municipality or county that meets the population requirements.

ESRI’s ELA and NAVTEQ’s Small Municipal and County Street Data ELA are designed to work together to maximize return on investment and strengthen government services with an organization-wide approach to implementing GIS. Jurisdictions can rely on one complete dataset for mapping, analysis, and visualization. The NAVTEQ ELA can also be purchased as a stand-alone program by any county or municipality meeting the requirements of the ESRI Small Municipality and County Government ELA.
