How to Order CATS

1. Please visit the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and complete the online registration for CATS.
2. To order the ESRI products to run CATS, print and complete the appropriate order form.
   • Civilian customers [PDF]
   • Federal customers [PDF]
3. Mail or fax the completed ArcView Bundle Order Form, along with a purchase order issued to ESRI, to Julie Cariota at ESRI.
4. The requestor's CATS end-user status will need to be validated by DTRA prior to shipment of the ArcView bundle by ESRI.
