Share your story on the benefits you have realized by implementing a GIS. We encourage you to document how your return on investment was calculated or to list specific cost savings. You can submit a brief, return-on-investment (ROI) outline.

The online submission form includes the following three fields where you can directly input your information or cut–and–paste from a word document.

The Problem
What challenges did your organization need to overcome? What were your goals and/or needs before implementing a GIS?

The Solution
Which GIS software did you use and did you work with one of ESRI's business partners? How did you apply GIS to meet your organization's needs?

Return on Investment
What benefits did your organization realize as a result of using GIS such as time saved, money saved, etc.? If you have a formula of quantifiable benefits, include that as well, along with a description of how you developed the formula.
