United Services Group
United Services Group United Services Group (USG) is a department of Great River Energy (GRE), a G&T cooperative based in Elk River, Minnesota. USG was formed in 198 to provide engineering, consulting, and technical services to GRE’s 28 distribution cooperatives. The company has expanded to provide these services to cooperatives and municipal utilities located anywhere in the continental United States. One of the services that USG provides is GIS conversion and implementation services. USG has been designing and implementing GIS systems for the past 15 years for a wide range of utilities from 2,000-meter systems and smaller to 100,000-meter systems.
