Banks are federally mandated to attempt to serve all population segments equally. Demographic data, such as ESRI Community Tapestry, which divides all U.S. neighborhoods into one of 65 segments based on demographic and socioeconomic attributes, can be helpful for crafting racially and ethnically appropriate product strategies and messages to minorities as well as low- and high-income groups.

These demographic variables can also help bank staff better understand and identify workforce requirements for areas where minority populations are more common or require multilingual bank staff at specific branch locations.

With ESRI GIS you can

  • Sustain entrepreneurship through high-quality investment solutions, market leadership, and support of corporate ethic standards.
  • Be accountable to stakeholders by ensuring resources are used for the benefit of the stakeholders, whether they be the corporation, customers, or communities in which they operate.
  • Create value by using resources and capital efficiently and responsibly.
  • Sustain growth by optimally balancing all organizational roles and needs for the short and long term.
