Conference Fees

• Standard UC Registration: $1,395
• U.S. Federal Government: $995
• Business Partners UC Registration:
  • The first three registrants pay $995.
  • Subsequent registrants pay $1,395 each.
• Educational Institution UC Registration: $495
• Daily UC Registration: $495/ per day
• Exhibit Pavilion Only: $250*

*Exhibit Pavilion Only Registration
This year we are offering the option to attend the Exhibit Pavilion and ESRI showcase only for a registration fee of $250. This option is only available to authorized ESRI software users. Exhibit Pavilion Only Registration allows you access to the Exhibit Pavilion and ESRI Showcase in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday-Thursday. Sessions and other events are not included.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be mailed to you seven to 10 working days after we receive your registration. The confirmation will contain registration check-in times and locations (for badge and materials pickup). Please bring the confirmation with you to the User Conference for quicker registration.

Badges

Photo ID will be required for badge pickup. Please refer to your confirmation for registration times and locations.

A $100 replacement fee will be required for any lost badge.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after
July 11, 2008, will forfeit their entire registration fees. ESRI reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of ESRI cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
