How do I purchase a booth at the conference?

See Invitation to Exhibit for detailed information.

How do I get badges for my exhibit staff?

1. Register online after you receive your booth confirmation.
2. Pick up your badge(s) at Express Registration, onsite at the San Diego Convention Center.

What do badges provide my staff?

1. Access to the exhibit hall during the installation and dismantling periods.
2. Access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours.
3. Full conference privileges. We invite you to enjoy any/all sessions or activities.

Exhibit Pavilion–Only Registrations are available for $250.00 each. They allow your staff access to the Exhibit Pavilion from Sunday through Thursday. Any and all other conference events and sessions are not included.

The number of complimentary user conference registrations depends on your sponsorship level or booth size. See information for EdUC registrations and Survey Summit registrations.

Where can I find my customer/install number?

Your customer/install number is the same as your business partner number with ESRI. You can also contact your customer service representative in Redlands, California. Your customer number is also located on your booth confirmation, which was faxed or e-mailed to you.

What time can registered exhibitors enter the UC Pavilion every morning?

8:00 a.m.

Can we leave personal belongings in the hall overnight?

Please remember to take all personal belongings with you as you leave the exhibit hall. No one will be allowed back into the exhibit area after closing hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the exhibit hall?

YES. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to work or enter the exhibit hall at any time, except for Family Night.

Is there security provided for my booth?

Security has been retained by ESRI to provide perimeter security services for the ESRI International User Conference at the San Diego Convention Center. The San Diego Convention Center is providing general building and perimeter security on a 24-hour basis. Security is providing some general exhibit hall security during nonevent hours.

If I have a problem during installation or dismantling or with the exhibit, whom do I see?

Check with the show decorator, Blaine Convention Services. They will be located in the at the west side of the exhibit hall.
