Screenshot Submissions

Follow the instructions below to submit your images and refer to the guidelines on making screenshots and exporting maps from ArcGIS [PDF].

Image Formats
  • Images can be in any of the following formats: TIFF, JPEG or BMP. It is recommended that TIFF formats be in RGB color value.
  • Screenshots must be created as large as possible, at least 10" in width and at 72 or 96 dpi.
  • Do not resize or resample graphics.
  • Avoid PowerPoint, Corel, Canvas, Paint, and Visio graphics, or graphics taken from a Web page.
  • Note: Do not send irreplaceable images. We are unable to return any submitted images or CDs.

    Video Submissions

    If you have a great 3D visualization project you would like to share, ESRI would like to feature it in the opening ceremony video.

    Submit an AVI or QuickTime file of your 3D animation. To learn more, contact ucvideos@esri.com.

    Picture Submissions

    As part of this year's opening presentation, we will be including pictures of you in the field, at your computer, with your maps, etc. You can send us individual pictures or group photos.

    ESRI UC Picture Requirements

    • Pictures should clearly show user(s).
    • Photos that include a laptop, GPS, maps, etc. are preferred.
    • Minimum resolution: 72 dpi, 740 x 486 pixels
    • Preferred resolution: 72 dpi, 1920 x 1080 pixels
    • Print and sign the Model Release Form [PDF]
    • Fax the completed form to 909-307-3008 or mail to the address below.
