Note: Complimentary registrations do not apply to the Survey & Engineering GIS Summit.

Register Onsite

Pre-registration has ended. You can register onsite for the ESRI User Conference, a preconference seminar, Education User Conference, and the Survey & Engineering GIS Summit at the Registration Desk in the Grand Lobby of the San Diego Convention Center.

To expedite the on site registration process, please create a UC Account if you haven’t already done so.

The Registration Desk opens Saturday, August 2, at 7:30 a.m. To avoid long lines, check-in after lunch—unless you are registering for a preconference seminar, Survey Summit, or EdUC.

On Monday morning registration opens at 7:00 a.m. We encourage you to check in over the weekend so you'll be able to go straight into the Plenary when the doors open  8:15 a.m.

Check-In Procedures

The following check-in procedures apply to all

• Attendees
• Speakers
• Group registrations
• Exhibitors
• International Distributors

• Express Check-in for Preregistered Online
  If you are preregistered and your confirmation was complimentary or paid in full, go directly to the Express Registration in the Grand Lobby, SDCC to pick up your conference badge.
• Balance due or registration changes
  If you received a confirmation with a balance due or you need to add or change an existing registration, go to the On Site Registration Counter in the Grand Lobby, SDCC.
• Complimentary UC Tote Bag
  After you receive your badge, go to Hall E, SDCC, for your complimentary UC tote bag.

Speaker Check-In

If you have been accepted to present in a moderated paper session or panel discussion and have preregistered for the conference, please go to the Express Registration Desk in the Grand Lobby, outside Hall D, to pick up your badge and conference tote bag. After you have received your badge, please check-in at the onsite Speaker Services Desk to receive your ribbon. If you have a balance due on your registration, please go to the onsite Speakers Desk.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be mailed to you seven to 10 working days after we receive your registration. The confirmation will contain registration check-in times and locations (for badge and materials pickup). Please bring the confirmation with you to the User Conference for quicker registration.

Badges

Photo ID will be required for badge pickup. Please refer to your confirmation for registration times and locations.

A $100 replacement fee will be required for any lost badge.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after
July 11, 2008, will forfeit their entire registration fees. ESRI reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of ESRI cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
