Hotel Reservations

Our convenient online service allows you to submit your reservation requests through the ESRI Housing Bureau. Special ESRI conference rates and limited government rates are available through the ESRI Housing Bureau only. Reservations made through the hotel directly will not be eligible for the discounted rate.

Reservations

Reservation requests can be made with the ESRI Housing Bureau until July 1, 2008. All requests must be guaranteed with a credit card. Please remember room availability is limited to the inventory on hand. After July 1, 2008, any available inventory is handed back to the hotel and reservations must be made through the hotel directly.

Accepted Credit cards: AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations can be made with the ESRI Housing Bureau until
Monday, July 28, 2008. All changes after July 7, 2008 must go through the hotel directly.

Groups

Groups who would like to reserve five or more rooms will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the ESRI Housing Bureau for further details involving group blocks.
