- Yes, the parking fee is $8 per day.
- How much does Survey and Engineering GIS Summit registration cost?
- Registration: $325
- How much does UC registration cost?
- Standard: $1395
Federal: $995
Educational: $495
Daily UC Reg: $495 per day
Exhibit Hall Only: $250*
Business Partners: The first three registrants pay $995. Subsequent registrants pay $1,395 each.
International Distributors: The first four registrants are complimentary; the fifth through the eighth pay $395 each. Subsequent registrants pay $195 each.

This option is only available to authorized ESRI software users. Exhibit Pavilion Only Registration allows you access to the Exhibit Pavilion and ESRI Showcase in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday-Thursday. Sessions and other events are not included.
- Is there a special fee for state/local government employees for UC?
- Unfortunately, no. State and local government employees fall in the category of standard customers.

- I registered last week but have not received a confirmation yet. How long does it take to get one?
- It takes from seven to 10 business days to process a registration.
- What does the registration fee include?

Your registration fee covers attendance at the Survey & Engineering GIS Summit on Saturday and Sunday. It also includes Monday and Tuesday of the International User Conference which includes the Plenary Session and Map Gallery on Monday and conference sessions on Tuesday.
- Is lunch provided at the Survey and Engineering GIS Summit?
- Yes, lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday.
- How can I add/cancel one of the seminars in my UC registration?
- E-mail the name of the seminar(s) you wish to add or cancel to any of the following e-mail addresses:

- Where do I pick up my badge? How do I replace one?
- A photo ID will be required for badge pickup. For badge pickup, please refer to your confirmation for registration times and locations.
A $100 replacement fee will be required for any lost badge.
- May I pay on-site for my registration?
- Yes, you may.
- I would like to be invoiced for my payment. When can it be done?
- We invoice 30 days after the conference.
- May I bring my family to any of the events?
- Yes. We have a number of family-oriented social activities such as:
*NOTE: Tickets required for spouses and children for the Thursday night celebration. Spouses and guests are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun and excitement of the party and dance. It's especially fun for children. Tickets
can be purchased at the Activities Desk any time during the conference.
Outside of the ESRI conference, San Diego offers a wealth of opportunities for families. Seaport Village is a short walk from the convention center. The San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld and several museums at Balboa Park are fabulous sites for visitors. For more information, visit the San Diego Visitors Bureau.
- Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration for the conference?
- Yes. We process credit card/check refunds for cancellations by July 11, 2008. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. ESRI reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. Registration fees for canceled events will be refunded.
- I requested a refund last week but have not yet received it. Could you tell me why?
- It normally takes from four to six weeks for a refund to show in your account.
- At what time does the Survey and Engineering GIS Summit Plenary Session start?
- It starts at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2008.
- At what time does the UC Plenary Session start?
- It starts at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2008. This event is led by ESRI President Jack Dangermond.
- At what time do I have to be at the UC?
- If you have already registered and do not have a balance due, you may want to be at the Convention Center an hour before the conference starts. If you are going to register on-site, or if you have a balance due, you should try to be there one and one-half hours before the conference begins.
- How can I can I get assistance if I qualify under the American with Disabilities Act?
