Plenary Image Submissions

Submission deadline: January 16, 2009

Submit your images to be considered for inclusion in the Plenary Session presented by ESRI president Jack Dangermond.

Follow the instructions below to prepare your images, and check the appropriate boxes on the permission form during the submission process.

Please do not send irreplaceable images. We are unable to return any images or CDs submitted. Refer to the guidelines on
making screen shots and exporting maps [PDF].

Image Formats

• Images can be in any of the following formats: TIFF, JPEG, or BMP. It is recommended that TIFF formats be in RGB color value.
• Screen shots must be created as large as possible, at least 10 inches wide and at 72 or 96 dpi.
• Do not resize or resample graphics.
• Avoid PowerPoint, Corel, Canvas, Paint, and Visio graphics or graphics taken from a Web page.
• A PDF is acceptable for map submissions.
