- Will there be a parking fee at the conference?
- Yes, the parking fee is $20 per day at the Marriott;
$8 per day at the San Diego Convention Center.
- How much does EdUC registration cost?
- Standard: $150
- How much does UC registration cost?
- Standard: $1395
Federal: $995
Educational: $495
Daily UC Reg: $495 per day
Exhibit Hall Only: $250*
Business Partners: The first three registrants pay $995. Subsequent registrants pay $1,395 each.
International Distributors: The first four registrants are complimentary; the fifth through the eighth pay $395 each. Subsequent registrants pay $195 each.

This option is only available to authorized ESRI software users. Exhibit Pavilion Only Registration allows you access to the Exhibit Pavilion and ESRI Showcase in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday-Thursday. Sessions and other events are not included.

- I registered last week but have not received a confirmation yet. How long does it take to get one?
- It takes from seven to 10 business days to process a registration.
- What does the EdUC registration fee include?
- Your $150 registration fee covers all scheduled EdUC events
(the Plenary Session, EdUC EXPO and Welcome Reception, paper sessions,
computer labs, and Hands-on Learning Center), as well as the ESRI UC
Plenary Session, Academic GIS Program Fair, Map Gallery and Evening Reception,
and a copy of the conference proceedings.
- What does the UC registration fee include?
- Your registration fee covers the Plenary Session, the Map Gallery and Thursday Night Celebration in addition to the conference sessions and technical workshops.
- Where do I pick up my badge? How do I replace one?
- A photo ID will be required for badge pickup. For badge pickup, please refer to your confirmation for registration times and locations.
A $100 replacement fee will be required for any lost badge.
- May I pay on-site for my registration?
- Yes, you may.
- I would like to be invoiced for my payment. When can it be done?
- We invoice 30 days after the conference.
- Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration for the conference?
- Yes. We process credit card/check refunds for cancellations by July 11, 2008. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. ESRI reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. Registration fees for canceled events will be refunded.
- I requested a refund last week but have not yet received it. Could you tell me why?
- It normally takes from four to six weeks for a refund to show in your account.
- At what time does the EdUC Plenary Session start?
- Saturday, August 2, 2008

General Plenary Session, 9:15 a.m.noon
- At what time does the UC Plenary Session start?
- It starts at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2008. This event is led by ESRI President Jack Dangermond.
- At what time do I have to be at the UC?
- If you have already registered and do not have a balance due, you may want to be at the Convention Center an hour before the conference starts. If you are going to register on-site, or if you have a balance due, you should try to be there one and one-half hours before the conference begins.
- How can I can I get assistance if I qualify under the American with Disabilities Act?
- If you qualify under the ADA and require any special needs or assistance, please contact Jennifer Quirong at 909-793-2853, ext. 1-2371, or by e-mail at jquirong@esri.com.
