Who Can Exhibit?

Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities are only open to ESRI Authorized Business Partners, Corporate Alliance Partners, and Hardware Vendors. If you are unsure of your relationship with ESRI, contact your Customer Service representative at

How Can I Exhibit?

• Submit your application online to sponsor or exhibit at the ESRI UC or concurrent events.

• Full payment is required to secure your booth.

What Is Included?

All options include the following benefits:

• More than 22 conference hours to meet with more than 12,000 attendees
• Listing in the User Conference agenda

Agenda descriptions may be submitted with the online exhibit application or e-mailed to ucexhibits@esri.com.
Deadlines to be included in print agendas:

• EdUC Agenda—June 27, 2008
• SEG Summit—June 27, 2008

Description word counts: Note: Descriptions exceeding the limit will be edited at ESRI's discretion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation refund requests must be made in writing. Requests received before the deadline will be refunded 50 percent. No refunds after April 18, 2008.

Exhibit Manual

The Exhibit Manual can be found at Blaine Convention Services. The password will be included with your e-mail booth confirmation. Only confirmed exhibitors may access the Exhibit Manual.

Friends of GIS Education

UC exhibitors can reach out to over 500 educators at the EdUC EXPO without staffing two booths. Sign up to be a Friend of GIS Education for an additional $100 and select Friend of GIS Education on the Exhibit Application.

Friends of GIS Education receive

• A Friend of GIS Education sign displayed at your booth in the UC Exhibit Pavilion
• A listing on the EdUC Partner Map to attract EdUC attendees to your UC booth

Staff Registration

You will need the booth number you received by e-mail in your booth confirmation to register your staff for full-conference registrations. Registrations include access to all conference sessions, events, and exhibits.
