We’re thrilled by the incredible response we’ve received for this event. However, due to limited capacity, we can no longer accept additional registrations.

Registration includes access to all scheduled summit events and sessions, including the Plenary Session, user presentations, technical sessions, and networking opportunities.

  • Technical sessions

    Gain in-depth knowledge and direct experience with ArcGIS Maps SDKs, APIs, and ArcGIS location services. Stay up-to-date with best practices when it comes to using ArcGIS with your DevOps processes, as well as how ArcGIS fits with system architecture and security standards.

  • User presentations

    Benefit from a variety of real-world case studies that highlight innovative solutions and best practices. Learn how your peers are using geospatial tools to solve complex problems and gather actionable ideas and strategies to enhance your own workflows.

What you need to register

  • New Esri Events account

    This new account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events app. Create your account when you register.

  • Customer number

    If you are having difficulty locating your customer number, please contact confregis@esri.com for assistance prior to registering.

  • For students, proof of enrollment

    To verify that you are a current student or recent graduate, please send proof of enrollment via email to confregis@esri.com. Examples of proof include a photo of your school ID, a class schedule, or an unofficial transcript.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received after 14 October 2024, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after 29 October 2024, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
