Response Help from ESRI
Temporary keycodes, on-site support, and other assistance will be fulfilled within one business day. This assistance is available to any organization with GIS needs regardless of its GIS platform.
If you have suffered damages from recent disasters and your GIS software has been lost or destroyed, we can assist with replacement software, emergency software, data/imagery, or services/consulting assistance. All requests for assistance should be justified and show direct support for the disaster.
