Earthquake Support 2008
On May 12, 2008, a magnitude 7.9 earthquake occurred 55 miles west-northwest of Chengdu, Sichuan, China. In the active quake zone more than 19,000 people were killed and many more trapped and injured as 80 percent of the buildings collapsed.
If you need assistance in responding to earthquake disasters and your GIS software has been lost or destroyed, we can assist with replacement software.
